Justice, Death, and Coffee: Why I Was Fired from my Café

In this essay i hope to come to some closure as to why i was fired from my position of two years as a barista following a medical leave of absence. Hopefully it will also help raise awareness of the callus labor practices on the part of management and provide resources for current and future partners when it come to organizing their workplaces.
