🏮🧞♀️
Yesterday I took a rest day, and that was much needed. Stressed cause the car door still won’t open.

Today I woke around 9am and didn’t have the heart to try to go back to sleep. Slow to get up. One of the cats was sick maybe cause I didn’t have spoons to do the litter last night; did the litter this morning around 11am. Anxious and distressed.
Finally got the spoons to ride the bus downtown. Finished reading the conclusion of A History of Self Harm in Britain, couple things to add tomorrow in commentary before going on to earlier chapters (especially chapter 5).
